You can see the Plexel toolbar at the bottom starting 'Edit New etc'.
With it, you can do many things, including upload, edit & save, & Image editing.

There are 2 frames with Plexel; the display frame shown below, and
the toolbar frame at the bottom. A further top frameset page is hidden and holds all the javascript functions.
The display frame is browsable in the normal way.
For this shot the 'Link Form' was raised by clicking the 'Link' button when the display was the 'Freeware' page.
The 'Javascript' page was then browsed to.

Why? Because they blocked this site without proper reason and after about one year of negotiation still have not given a proper reason nor proper instructions of how to fix any problems

A link will be made between the two pages
if the option 'Link Freeware to target' is clicked, two links will be made, Freeware to Javascript and vice-versa.
Each link will also have the alternate summary inserted.
A Clickboard is automatically inserted on every newly created page.
